Biological Activity
Potent 17β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase type 5 inhibitor (IC50 = 11 - 49 nM). Suppresses androstenedione-dependent protein-specific antigen (PSA) production and cell proliferation in LNCaP cells in vitro. Orally bioavailable.
