Biological Activity
mTOR inhibitor. Inhibits tumor proliferation in vitro and in vivo. Inhibits VEGF-induced HUVEC proliferation in vitro, but does not affect tumor vascular permeability in mouse models. Immunosuppressant. Activates autophagy.
