Biological Activity
Non-peptide corticotropin-releasing hormone receptor 1 (CRF1) antagonist (Ki = 1 nM). Suppresses CRF-induced ACTH secretion. Blocks CRF- and novelty-induced anxiety-like behavior in animal models of anxiety.
