Biological Activity
Selective α4β2 nAChR partial agonist (IC50 = 105 nM). Exhibits >20-fold selectivity for α4β2 over other nAChR subtypes. Increases dopamine turnover in rat nucleus accumbens in vivo. Orally bioavailable.
