Biological Activity
Selective inhibitor of Dnm1 GTPase (IC50 = 1 - 10 μM); attenuates Dnm1- and Drp1-mediated mitochondrial division. Inhibits mitochondrial outer membrane permeabilization (MOMP) and attenuates apoptosis. Inhibits autophagy.
