Biological Activity
Non-selective 5-HT2 receptor antagonist (Ki values are 0.0080 and 0.0081 μM for human 5-HT2A and 5-HT2C receptors expressed in HEK293 cells respectively). Has moderate affinity for 5-HT6. Antidepressant.
