Potent cAMP phosphodiesterase inhibitor (IC50 = 56 nM for inhibition of PDE III). Has inotropic and vasodilator effects following oral or intravenous administration in vivo. Also available as part of the Phosphodiesterase Inhibitor Tocriset™.
