Biological Activity
Selective MEK inhibitor (Ki = 300 nM in vitro). Suppresses FGF-mediated angiogenesis in vivo and decreases VEGF expression. Enhances the therapeutic efficacy of taxol (Cat. No. 1097) in vivo. Orally active.
