Biological Activity
Potent and selective P2Y6 receptor agonist (EC50 values are 70, > 1000 and > 10000 nM for P2Y6, P2Y2 and P2Y4 receptors respectively). Induces contractions of rat isolated intrapulmonary arteries in vitro.
