Biological Activity
PKC activator. Inhibits growth and induces differentiation of AML cell lines. Enhances cytarabine-induced differentiation of AML cells. Inhibits tumorigenesis in KRAS mutant pancreatic cancer cells and reduces tumor growth in mouse pancreatic tumor models. Also NF-κB activator. Activates HIV gene expression in T cells. Orally available.
