Biological Activity
Diacylglycerol (DAG) kinase inhibitor (IC50 = 2.8 μM); increases protein kinase C activity. Potentiates thrombin-induced platelet aggregation and induces neutrophil chemotaxis. Inhibits U46619-induced contractions in mouse aorta and porcine coronary artery.
