
Biological Activity
Potent formyl peptide receptor 2 (FPR2) agonist (EC50 = 44 nM). Inhibits fMLP- and IL-8-induced neutrophil migration. Suppresses inflammation in a mouse model of acute inflammation. Orally bioavailable.
